In the female division of WESG 2017 China Finals, formerly known as EHOME's female squad, LLG Gaming overcame Etab in the three-map series and booked themselves a spot in the $170,000 tournament held next year.

Five female teams attended the WESG 2017 China Finals Female after winning the Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xi'an qualifiers. The tournament kicked off with a best-of-one, round-robin format, to determine the top four teams that would advance to the best-of-three, single-elimination bracket.

LLG, Etab, 5Love and eLixir fe survived as Meng "⁠simmo⁠" Zhang's crew went undefeated with a 4-0 record. In the semis, LLG and Etab ran over 5Love and eLixir fe in two straight maps for a grand final spot, respectively.

With 5Love and eLixir fe knocked down to the third place decider match, 5Love traded maps with Xuan "⁠Valen⁠" Zou's roster. The deciding map was auto-forfeited to 5Love following an administrative decision, as the jump throw bind/script was not allowed in the competition, with evidence being discovered in eLixir fe's configs breaking this ruling.

Etab managed to secure their map pick, 16-14 on Overpass against LLG in the grand final. However, LLG easily destroyed their opposition in the last two maps, and successfully qualified for the WESG 2017 World Finals Female.
